Soul Space Circle

Soul Space Circle is space to connect and share from an open heart with a group of like minded souls. A space to let go of all the stories and any dramas of the day and unwind for a couple of hours or so with presence not pretence. It's a space to open your mind to a new perspective and connect with your soul and the souls of other like-minded beings as we tune into our authenticity and intuition.

Limited to around 12 people.

Seeding Ritual is a sacred space to return to your first menstrual experience and gently reframe your story. A space to meet the inner maiden within, the girl who was unseen, silenced, or confused. To honour, listen, and heal her. Together we explore emotions and experiences you may not have fully processed, reconnecting with your womb space and your inner wisdom. Through ritual, reflection, and presence, you’ll begin to reweave your story with empowerment, self-love, and deep body connection.

Safe To Surrender

A gentle, trauma-aware journey into embodiment, intimacy and self-trust for the woman who’s craved safety in her body, who’s silenced her “no”, questioned her desires or is simply curious about Tantra but has never previously felt comfortable stepping into that space. This is for you. You’ll be guided through rituals, somatic practices, and sacred ceremony including a gentle, consent-based introduction to the art of yoni massage. Everything is optional. Your “no” is as sacred as your “yes”.

If you love massage and touch and would like to bask in an afternoon of yumminess this is for you!
In Lomi Lomi, also called Hawaiian Shamanic Bodywork, we use long, flowing strokes up, down, over and under the body. It is a deeply meditative and blissful experience for both the giver and the receiver. No previous experience of massage or energy work is required. Your demonstrator and facilitator Zena Rose is a level 4 Lomi Lomi practitioner, trained by world renowned bodyworker Nisarga Eryk Dobosz.
