Step Into Summer with Biodanza

Join us for a day of movement, dance and connection with international facilitator Agnes from New Zealand (originally Argentina)! Agnes has been building an incredible Biodanza community in Auckland, New Zealand since 2018 and comes to us fresh from Biodanza didact training (learning to teach facilitators).

Biodanza offers us the possibility to unfold our inner selves, reconnect with our essence, and embrace each moment as a gift. ~ Agnes Cofino

Every Biodanza facilitator brings their own unique flavour and perspective to their sessions. We invite you to join us for this rare opportunity for a fresh experience of the movement and connection system you know and love - or perhaps to try Biodanza for the first time!

I am delighted to be offering my first event at the FlourMill Studios. This is an offering for women who love to dance.

As we move towards the end of year we may be feeling disconnected, fragmented and swept into the busyness of life.

Join us for a day of integration, celebration, and healing, working with the potent embodiment practises of 5Rhythms dance and Authentic movement.  An opportunity to come back to your centre, and inner wisdom, held by our sacred sisterhood circle. Emerge deeply nourished and connected to your embodied essence, with a new found integration and clarity for whats next.

I am delighted to be joined by energy healer Etty Ayalon who will support the energetic container with mandala creation and meditation and she will offer a relaxing sound journey to complete our day.

5 Rhythms Dance

Through 5Rhythms movement and Internal Family Systems parts work (IFS), we will chart our way through the vast territory of the body to direct our compass to our true creative spirit to receive the wisdoms of Gabrielle Roth's '5 realms of intuition'.

Sue Andersen has been practicing Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms since 2008 and completed her teacher training in 2016. She is excited to share the 5R Waves map, supporting people to return again and again to their body, to explore and express their unique dance and to discover the freedom and aliveness that comes when we surrender our minds to our feet, to the dance. Sue is also trained in Internal Family Systems parts work (IFS) and has been bringing this into her somatic work.
